Japanese burger with rice bread

Ingredients for the method of making Japanese burger with rice bread:

 For the rice bread:

 2 cups white rice, cooked

 cooking spray

 1 tablespoon of oil

 For the Japanese burger:

 1 pound minced meat

 ½ onion, finely chopped

 ½ cup of bread crumbs

 1 egg

 1 teaspoon of salt

 1 teaspoon of pepper

 For extras:

1 cup beef gravy or demi-glace "brown gravy" sauce

 3 eggs, fried

⅓ cup green onions, thinly sliced

How to make Japanese burger with rice bread:

Press ⅓ cup (75 g) of rice into the bottom of a buttered measuring cup, then remove. Repeat the step with the rest of the rice until you have 6 rice burger buns.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, fry the rice bread until lightly browned on both sides.

Set the bread aside on a paper towel.

Mix the burger ingredients together until well combined.

My shape of burger is 3 burger patties.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Cook the burger for 3 minutes on the first side, flip the burger on the other side and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

To assemble the burger, place the burger on top of the rice bun with the gravy sauce, eggs and green onions.
