 1.25 teaspoons of salt

 ¾ teaspoon: black pepper - paprika

 ½ teaspoon: garlic powder - onion powder - turmeric - dry coriander

 How to prepare

 We put a potato between two wooden skewers, then using a knife we cut each potato into thin slices connected from the bottom thanks to the presence of a wooden skewer, then in a side bowl we mix the butter, vegetable oil, Parmesan cheese, ketchup, salt, pepper, paprika, coriander, turmeric, garlic powder, onions and chopped parsley, then using a brush We grease the potatoes from the face and between the slices with the well-prepared mixture, then half the potato grains in a tray covered with butter paper and put them in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes until they are fully cooked and become crispy, then we take out the tray and add between the potato slices slices of cheddar cheese and return them to the oven For 15 minutes, until the cheese melts, pour it into a serving dish, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
