How to prepare
To prepare the cream, put the milk in a bowl over medium heat, add eggs, sugar, starch, and lemon zest, and continue stirring after boiling for 2 minutes, until the texture thickens, then leave it aside to cool. Meanwhile, we prepare profiteroles cake, where we put a cup of water in a bowl over medium heat, and add butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt Stir until the butter and sugar melt, then add the flour and stir, then remove it from the heat, add the eggs and vanilla, and mix with the electric mixer for 5 minutes until we get a homogeneous mixture. We put it in a confectioner’s bag, then we form small balls in a tray covered with butter paper and put them in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for a while. 22 minutes, then we take it out and let it cool completely, then we put the cream in a confectioner's bag, pierce the cakes and stuff them with cream, then pour them into the serving dish and decorate with chocolate ganache.
