 Powdered sugar: as desired


 Flour: a cup and a half

 Sugar: a cup

 Butter: half a cup (softened)

 Milk: half a cup

 Eggs: 2 tablets

 Baking powder: one teaspoon

 Vanilla: 1 tablespoon (liquid)

 Cinnamon: a quarter of a teaspoon


 How to prepare


 Put the butter and sugar in a deep bowl, and beat with an electric mixer until you have a brittle texture to the mixture, then add the eggs and whisk well, then also add the vanilla and milk while continuing to whisk.


 Add to the previous mixture, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and whisk the ingredients well to homogenize, then put the dough in a pastry bag.


 Heat abundant oil in a deep frying pan over a high heat, then lower the dough in the form of balls into the oil and fry them with stirring until golden.


 Describe the balls from the oil and put them in the serving dish, then decorate them with cinnamon and soft sugar, and serve them.
