Basbousah with cinnamon

 Ingredients

 Eggs: 2 tablets

 Sugar: half a cup

 Vanilla: a teaspoon

 Vegetable oil: three quarters of a cup

 Powdered milk: 4 tablespoons (toasted)

 - Semolina: a cup

 Coconut: half a cup

 Cinnamon: a tablespoon

 Cream: a box

 Baking powder: one tablespoon

 Hot water: a cup

 Sweetened condensed milk: a can

 Almonds: as needed (cut in halves / to decorate)

 How to prepare

 Whisk eggs, vanilla, vegetable oil, and sugar in a bowl.

 Add the roasted milk, semolina, coconut, cinnamon, cream, baking powder and mix the ingredients.

 Grease the tray with butter, then spread the basbousah mixture in it, and using a sharp knife, cut the basbousah into squares, and spread the almonds on each square.

 Put the tray into the oven for 25 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.

 Take the tray out of the oven, then mix the sweetened condensed milk with a cup of hot water and pour the mixture over the hot basbousah and serve it warm.
